Lift Judge

Bar path

Film it from the side. Get the bar path scored.

Film a snatch or clean from the side. Get a bar-path score and an annotated replay in about a minute.

Scoring needs the access code from the submission page. Clips need to be under 15 seconds and 120 MB. Nothing is kept: the clip is deleted as soon as it is scored.

Step 1 of 4

Which lift?

One lift per clip. A clean & jerk is scored as two: the clean, then the jerk.

Scoring is gated so the model budget lasts for the judges. The code is on the submission page, or open the link that already carries it.

Step 2 of 4

Film it like this

Diagram: film from square to the side, 3 to 5 metres away, camera at hip height, level with the platform, with the whole bar in frame.
  1. 1Square to the side. Not in front, not at an angle — drift is measured sideways.
  2. 23–5 m away, camera at hip height.
  3. 3Landscape. Portrait works but lowers confidence.
  4. 4Whole bar and both plates in frame for the entire lift.
  5. 5One lift per clip. You can trim it on the next screen. Clips need to be under 15 seconds and 120 MB.

The sample is already scored: it shows the whole result at no model cost.

Result

Scores are indicative. They combine a vision model's read of sampled frames with a drift tracked from one plate, scaled by its size and not calibrated to the scene. A clip that is angled, dark or holds more than one lift lowers the confidence above.
